What this workflow means in RevOps terms
In RevOps terms, a CRM workflow is the operating path from a customer, account, deal, renewal, or activity signal to a clear owner action. The CRM is useful only when lifecycle fields, routing rules, owner assignments, tasks, and reporting definitions stay aligned. A healthy workflow tells the team which record matters, which field triggered action, who owns the next step, and how the loop closes inside the system of record. It also gives operators a small, explainable exception queue instead of asking every team to inspect every record.
